Digiloi provides consulting and interim executive services related to public and regulatory affairs as well as to legal affairs. The clients have included e.g. TV-companies like MTV and Warner Bros Discovery Finland, the Finnish commercial radio association RadioMedia Finland and companies related to education, e.g. Yousician, educational music service, and HEI Schools, a Finnish education export company.

Digiloi is owned by me, Taina Roth. I am an experienced executive and legal professional turned into an entrepreneur and public affairs specialist in 2018. I am thrilled to bring my clients peace of mind by solving their problems whether related to public and regulatory affairs or legal issues. As a public affairs specialist I am highly skilled at fostering strong relationships and communicating at ministerial and c-suite level, capable of getting messages through at a high level in the society. My almost 20 years as an in-house legal counsel and executive guarantee that my legal advice is always pragmatic and understanding the needs of the business.

Digiloi comes from ‘digital business’ and ‘loi’ which is law in French. Both have been a big part of my life for the past over 20 years during my career as a legal professional and executive mainly within digital business where I have gained deep knowledge especially of media, music and games sectors.
